This Special Issue of IJOR will
focus on the service management quality and quantity methods and
applications in OR. Contributions should provide theoretical and
empirical approaches applied to OR. A wide variety of papers may be
included in this issue: conceptual papers, review papers, empirical
papers, case studies, methodology applying, etc.
